The key promoters of autopartsasia include Mr.K.Vaidyanathan and K.Ramakrishnan , both Technocrat entrepreneurs who have over 25 man-years of experience in the auto component industry.

At the helm of domestic marketing is Mr. J. Parthasarathy. He has been in the field of domestic marketing for over 22 years.

Mr. Subodh Bhargava , till recently the Chairman of the Eicher group of companies, is the Chairman of the Board of Directors.

The venture has attracted seed stage financing from Mantra Consultants , a leading VC catalyst and Mr. N. Kumar , Vice Chairman and co founder of the USD 600 million Sanmar Group and immediate past president of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).

Through this tie-up BCB provides site enhancement, hosting and connectivity, and customising ASP offerings for Autopartsasia members. Mr. Ganesh Natarajan , President and CEO, Aptech Ltd. is a member of the Board providing his valuable inputs to the growth of Autopartsasia.
